Peppermint is the hotel’s all-day, dining restaurant serving delicious flavours from all around the world, with halal-certified buffet stations. Peppermint is proud to have recently achieved the Highest Tier in the Farm-to-Table Recognition Programme by the Singapore Food Agency, procuring at least 15% of local produce from three or more food categories. This is aligned with Peppermint’s focus on conscious consumption, with sustainably and locally sourced ingredients made available to diners in search of well-balanced food offerings.
